Sofa, love seat and oversized swivel chair are in great condition but the pillow backs on the love seat and sofa did not make it through the puppy stages and have chewed corners (oversized chair pillows in great shape). The pillows are an easy fix for someone crafty to recover or buy new pillows. We are moving and can't fit the set in our new home and don't have time to recover the pillows/get new ones. The price is reflective of needing new pillows- retail value of all three is appx $xxxx. The leather bases and cushion bottoms are all in excellent condition!
